Missing x-default hreflang

How to fix it

Add an hreflang="x-default" entry pointing at the locale chooser or generic page.

• hreflang language mismatch - The hreflang language does not match the actual page language.
• Missing self-referential hreflang - An hreflang cluster must include a self-reference for each locale. This page omits its own.
