1. Who we are

Wrendex, Inc. ("Wrendex", "we", "us") provides a technical SEO auditing platform at wrendex.com and app.wrendex.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, workspace name, billing details (handled by Stripe).
Crawl data: URLs you ask us to audit, plus the HTML, headers, and resource list returned by each crawl.
Audit metadata: schedules, alert rules, share-link grants, and member roles.
Telemetry: high-level usage events from the marketing site and dashboard, sampled and aggregated.

3. How we use it

We use account and crawl data to provide the Service, deliver alerts, and respond to support requests. We use telemetry to improve the product. We do not sell personal information. We do not share crawl data with third parties except sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service.

4. Sub-processors

The full list of third parties that touch customer data lives at /legal/sub-processors and includes Stripe (billing), AWS (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (production data store), Postmark (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring).

5. How long we keep it

Crawl results are retained per plan: 30 days on Starter, one year on Pro, unlimited on Agency. Account data is retained for the lifetime of the account, plus 30 days after termination for export.

6. Where it lives

Production data is stored in AWS US-East today. EU-West region is on our Q3 2026 roadmap. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you. Submit a request via /contact; we will respond within thirty days.

8. Cookies & trackers

The marketing site uses minimal first-party telemetry to record page views, hero submissions, and CTA clicks. The dashboard uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
