Q.01 · Credits
What’s a credit?
A credit is one page crawl. Standard HTTP fetches cost 1 credit per page. Real-browser (Playwright) crawls cost 2 credits per page because they spin up a Chromium instance. Optional significant-page-change detection adds 1 credit per page.
Q.02 · Rollover
Do credits roll over to next month?
No. Each cycle starts fresh with 5,000 credits. Top-up packs you bought during the cycle are spent first; the base 5,000 doesn’t carry over because no-rollover keeps prices predictable for everyone.
Q.03 · Running out
What happens if I run out of credits?
Two options. Turn on auto top-up and we’ll buy your chosen pack automatically when you drop below your threshold, so crawls never pause. Or leave it off and crawls skip new pages until you manually top up. You always control the cap.
Q.04 · Packs
What’s in a top-up pack?
Three options. 5,000 credits for $4.99 (same rate as the base). 25,000 for $19.99 (20% off). 100,000 for $69.99 (30% off). Buy as many as you need; the bigger packs make sense once you’re crawling regularly.
Q.05 · Cancellation
How do I cancel?
One click in Settings › Billing. No retention scripts, no support call. Your account stays open until the end of the current cycle so you can use any remaining credits.
