What’s a credit?
A credit is one page crawl. Standard HTTP fetches cost 1 credit per page. Real-browser (Playwright) crawls cost 2 credits per page because they spin up a Chromium instance. Optional significant-page-change detection adds 1 credit per page.
Q.02 · Nest Egg
Do credits roll over to next month?
Two kinds of credits, two answers. Your Nest Egg, the credits included with your tier, refills in full every cycle and doesn’t carry over. Credits from top-up packs never expire. We spend your Nest Egg first, so pack credits keep their value until you actually need them.
Q.03 · Running out
What happens if I run out of credits?
Two options. Turn on auto top-up with a monthly cap and we’ll buy your chosen pack automatically when you drop below your threshold, so crawls never pause and your worst-case bill is a number you set. Or leave it off and crawls skip new pages until you manually top up.

What’s in a top-up pack?
Four packs, sized by wingspan. Wren: 25,000 credits for $19.99. Hawk: 500,000 for $99. Eagle: 2,000,000 for $199. Albatross: 10,000,000 for $599. Buy as many as you need. They never expire, and every tier tops up at the same rates.
Q.05 · Client budgeting
What do I put in a client’s budget line?
A typical client site, 1,000 pages crawled weekly, uses about 4,000 credits a month. Studio covers roughly 7 of those; Agency covers 100+. Your tier price divided by your client count is your cost per client, and it doesn’t move unless you change it.
Q.06 · Annual billing
Can we pay annually by invoice?
Yes, on Agency and Scale. Same rate as monthly, one invoice, PO accepted, price locked for the year. Email sales and we’ll set it up before your first cycle.
Q.07 · Cancellation
How do I cancel?
One click in Settings › Billing. No retention scripts, no support call. Your account stays open until the end of the current cycle so you can use any remaining credits.
