Credits and billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every workspace gets 5,000 credits a month, forever, no card. That covers a small site crawled weekly. Buy a pack or a plan only when you need more.
What’s a credit?
A credit is one page downloaded and analyzed. Standard HTTP fetches cost 1 credit per page. Real-browser crawls cost 2 credits per page because they spin up a browser instance. Pages a re-crawl carries forward unchanged, and pages the server answers with 304 Not Modified, cost nothing.
How much does a big site cost to monitor?
Take a 50,000-page site. The first crawl downloads every page: 50,000 credits. After that, a weekly re-crawl costs the pages that changed plus a re-verification slice: 5% of the site by default, oldest first, so a template change that never touches a lastmod still gets caught. A site where 1% of pages change each week spends about 3,000 credits a week, 12,000 a month, against 200,000 for full weekly re-crawls. We read change from your sitemap’s lastmod dates and from 304 Not Modified responses; pages with neither ride the same rotation. The slice is a per-site setting if you want it smaller or larger.
Do credits roll over to next month?
Your free 5,000 reset on the 1st of each month and don’t carry over; so does a paid tier’s allowance. Pack credits never expire and are spent after the allowance, so they keep their value until you actually need them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Three options. Turn on auto top-up with a monthly cap and we’ll buy your chosen pack automatically when you drop below your threshold, so crawls never pause and your worst-case bill is a number you set. Leave it off and buy a pack by hand when you need one. Or wait for the 1st, when the free allowance resets.

What do I put in a client’s budget line?
A typical client site, 1,000 pages crawled weekly, costs 1,000 credits for the first crawl, then about 400 a month: 50 changed pages plus the 50-page re-verification slice each week, if 5% of its pages change. Studio covers about 20 of those in the month you onboard them, first crawls included, and 75 once they are only re-crawling. Agency covers hundreds either way.
Can we pay annually by invoice?
Yes, on Agency. Same rate as monthly, one invoice, PO accepted, price locked for the year.
How do I cancel?
Settings › Billing. Your account stays open until the end of the current cycle so you can use any remaining credits.
