hreflang target redirects

How to fix it

Repoint the hreflang at the final URL directly.

• hreflang language mismatch - The hreflang language does not match the actual page language.
• Missing self-referential hreflang - An hreflang cluster must include a self-reference for each locale. This page omits its own.
